Those of you who know Russell Brand will know he is a comedy genius but did you know how he got to where he is now? After conquering journalism, television and radio it seems a book is now the right way to go.
Oh the wonders of the biography, the truth behind the lives of the stars we all admire. Well Russell Brand certainly provides that juicy gossip we thrive upon, I mean after the scandal we all hear in the weeklies, could we anticipate it more? From detailed descriptions of his child hood in Essex, to growing up and living with addictions to sex, drugs and drinks, it is a story of salvation as well as being entertaining read.
Before you all jump to conclusions, no not another statue at Madame Tussauds. Our Kylie has had her famous rear immortalised in bronze in a statue that has been unveiled in her home town of Melbourne, Austrailia.
The life-size likeness, complete with lace body stocking and high-heels, will stand alongside fellow Australian entertainment greats in a Hollywood-style Walk of Fame at Melbourne’s Docklands.
Sculptor Peter Corlette took 3 months to fashion the statue and liaised with Kylie’s management to get her exact body measurements, right down to the size of her wrist. So if you ever find yourself down under, be sure to take a look!!
The latest Pop Art trend is not for the shy. It’s a trend that had taken off successfully among our a-list friends and boy can they pull it off! You can find the likes of Amy Winehouse, Beyonce and good old Kylie Minogue braving the bold colour combos and popping like pro’s.
This latest trend to take hold is all about boxy, oversized tees and baggy dresses. Pop Art gives you the opportunity to go for bold and daring accessories, but they must be kept to a minimum. Its time to go loud and proud.
I think this stunning dress from Monsoon for £85.00 is a fab example for the high street. It’s got the maxi length to add elegance and the abstract multi-coloured print to create the fun Pop Art.
So it’s clear to me girls that to be bold is to be beautiful – and just in time for the party season!!
I must admit it has been too long since the once pop princess, Britney Spears has graced our screens with her fab abs and girly charm.
I’ll be honest I was always eager to see what her next music video would be, so I was pleased to find out that all her music videos released before her come back this year are available on DVD.
Watch her from the very beginning in Baby One More Time, to the racy I’m A Slave 4 U and then finally to My Prerogative the last single released before the beginning of family life.

The popular Ugly Betty’s second season has been brilliant so far, so bring on the added glamour and drama from Mrs Beckham herself. It looks to be another hilariously funny and scandalous episode.

Forget animal prints and spots this season girls, it appears stars are the way forward and you can already see celebs sporting some great starry numbers.
Like all prints, there are rules that must be obeyed at all times. Never go head-to-toe starry. Its best to break up the clusters with layers or better still just stick to a few starry pieces.
Make sure you always choose the correct star size. I’d say that big bold stars are good for a more casual look, whereas smaller stars and much more glam. Most importantly, make sure you stick to two-tone. Too many colours run the risk of you ending up looking like you have raided the kids department.
If you can see yourself dazzling with stars then get clicking at ASOS where they have some great starry garments. I loved this Star print dress for £30 that would look great with opaques or leggings.
