I struggle with eyeliner and usually just resort to a pencil because I can’t ever apply my liquid liner perfectly. However, I have just found a video over at Video Jug that demonstrates how you should apply it in order to get the best results.

There’s no need to purchase a make-up lesson when all the advice you need is posted here.
