Trim and Tone with The Speedshaper Program
I saw this gadget in last week’s issue of Star Magazine and thought I must give it a go. It is known as the Speedshaper Program that trims, tones and firms your whole body concentrating on the six problem areas; waist, stomach, hips, bum, thighs and underarms (bingo wings!). You are advised to use the tool for seven minutes a day and manufacturers guarantee results in a very short period of time.
The program was developed by Olympic Gold Medalist Ike Berger and uses Synometrics (combining two methods Isotonic & Isometrics) which gives greater results than the both of them separately.
If you have some flabby areas and feel you need to tone up, you can purchase the Speedshaper for as little as £14.99 from Shop.com. The super deluxe version is also available there for £19.99. Please let me know if you have used this gadget and your opinion on whether it has worked for you.

My name is Rob Taylor, I have MS and am struggling to keep in shape due to my lack of mobility. I used to be very fit and active (Badminton, Squash, Swimming, Scottish Country Dancing, Jive, Running, Karate, Football), now due to MS I struggle walking for more than 2 minutes and my dancing days are over.
I now have the speedshaper, but no instruction, I can probably figure out some basic instructions but noe sure if they would be correct.
If someone could email me the instructions I would be grateful.

I printed off the instructions and did the workout. It took about 6-7 minutes. I did several reps of each. I really feel it all over just after 1 workout! Thank you so much to the person for putting the instructions on this site! I had an old one and had lost the instructions. Now I don’t need to spend $$ on Leg Magic!
April 3rd, 2008 at 3:17 pm
I bought one from the Kleeneze catalogue and it had written instructions but no illustrations, which made it impossible to fathom out. Thanks for the illustrations provided in your link. I have the written instructions in .pdf format if anybody is interested.

Hi Maggie
Could you send me those written instructions please. Thanks!
April 22nd, 2008 at 12:49 pm
Hi Emilia
I have emailed the instructions to the website owner, so they may appear as another link at the top of the page. You’ll need to use them in conjunction with the diagrams, they just give a bit more info.
August 28th, 2008 at 6:32 am
OK, so I’m just about to purchase one of these. Can anyone tell me if it actually works for them now that instructions seem to have been circulated? Many thanks

Anyone thinking of buying a speed-shaper – don’t. They are absolutely useless
May 1st, 2009 at 9:37 pm
So, is the speedshaper useless? Or does it work? I would appreciate feedback from those of you who have tried it.
May 2nd, 2009 at 11:21 pm
WOW WHAT IS THIS USELESS THING, this thing wasted me so much money. It is absolutely useless, i used this speedshape thing for half an hour a day for a month and i only gained 1 pound and size, what a waste of time.
HUGE TIP: Don’t buy this useless thing, its useless, the other comments are fake, created by the company.
May 18th, 2009 at 5:23 pm
I had a similar thing years ago that you hooked over a door knob. It worked fine for me.
May 19th, 2009 at 6:27 am
I’ve used this on and off for a few years, It really does only take a few minutes a day(although I double and amount of time/exercise it suggests). after about 6 weeks of use, I’m trimmer all over and It has definately taken a few inches off my waist, and as it is the only exercise I do (other than walking for 40 mins a day) i really do reccommend it…. And in regards to the above comment, I have absolutely nothing to do with the company that makes these, I’m a genuinely pleased customer! I would recommend this …..

I’m thinking about buying this thing, but I need to know, does it really work?
June 18th, 2009 at 8:53 pm
If any of you have seen the advertising picture, is that all you have to do, and still lose all that wieght?
August 7th, 2009 at 6:53 am
Thought you might find this interesting. If anyone saw the ad in ‘Healthy’ magazine you might be interested to see this about Caine and Wigmore (distributors): http://www.asa.org.uk/asa/adjudications/Public/TF_ADJ_45823.htm
I might still buy it – but just to see for myself.
