I never really considered the diet before now, as I'm 5ft 7" and about 9st 10, (I'm 20), but I'm heading away soon and would love to have lost a bit of weight for it. Now I am not thinking about my next meal at all and when I do eat, I eat things like fruit, salads, fish, veggies and healthier options. I only lost 4lbs because I didn't do all the exercise I was supposed to, but to be honest on some days I was just really exhausted and couldn't motivate myself.
