When it comes to shoes, I’ve always been a fan of really high heels – not only do they make you taller, but they make you feel feminine (unless I’ve had a few to drink, and then I just resemble Bambi). I also love the peep toe shoes in at the moment, which is why I think these two pairs of shoes are gorgeous.

The red ones are available from ASOS for just £35 – a bargain compared to the Manolo’s I found last week. Apparently patent is hot this season so these are a must-have – and they’ll look great with everything, from skinny jeans to a summer dress.

The black Red or Dead shoes (also available in red or bright blue) are a bit more expensive at $69.99 but every time I look at them, I want them more. I’m not keen on the gold plated ankle chain (in fact it makes the shoes look tacky in my opinion) but luckily it’s removable. The best part about these shoes are the heels – measuring 4 ½ inches high! Best stay off the alcohol when wearing these.
