If you’re a Superman fan like me then the new film’s a must see. Brandon Routh (the actor starring as Superman) was well chosen for the role and his resemblance to the comic book icon was great. Kevin Spacey (who plays Lex Luthor) and Kate Bosworth (Lois Lane) were also well chosen for their roles – in fact the whole cast was great. To be honest i’m more of a Dean Cain, Teri Hatcher and the Adventures of Superman fan, but even so I was impressed by this latest movie. I have seen the previous films but think I’d have enjoyed the film even if I hadn’t – the effects were great, especially the aeroplane scene (won’t say to much as I don’t want to ruin the film for those of you who haven’t seen it!)

Before I went I was curious to see if the producers could pull off a ‘Return’ of Superman, but I’m glad to say they did it – and they did it well!  There are rumours that director Bryan Singer has had discussions with Warner Bros. about directing a sequel to be released in 2009 – let’s hope so!

So a new week, a new eviction – but who’s going this Friday? Or should i say which couple is going? Instincts tell me Spiral and Michael will be hot to walk, Spiral with his rage issues and Michael who thinks God’s inside him – both crazy and not the most exciting housemates in the Big Brother house. From Jayne’s eviction it was clear Ashleyne is not a favourite though, so perhaps her and Jenny will be up to leave? Richard is likely to escape eviction yet again as he’s paired with Pete (who is still going to be the winner in my eyes), but then there is still Suzi and Imogen who could be voted out for the pure boredom factor? Mikey and Glynn will probably escape eviction too – the two original housemates still bring a lot to the house (glynn more so) but everyones surely waiting for Imogen and Mikey to finally get it together!
